Military Themed Session
This is our main style class, it’s a full 60-minute military workout style session, the class is broken down into a 10 minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of exercise and a 5-10 minute cooldown and stretch. These Military themed sessions will include circuits, partner exercises, games, relays, speed and strength training. With our three ability groups you will be working out with people with similar fitness levels.
A 45-minute session of High Intensity Interval Training a cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. The session will consist of 10-minute walkover followed by 25-30 minute of HITT training with limited rest. Then followed by the vitally important 5-10-minute cool down.
A 60 minute running session to help develop your running technique for all of our ability groups. These run clubs sessions are designed to run in a group and we make sure that nobody is left behind but everyone is still gets a good workout. The running sessions will consist of speed work, temp runs, sprint work, and interval running.
