Beginner
Yellow Sweatband
This is for people that are currently sedentary or returning to fitness.
Intermediate
Orange Sweatband
For those who have a reasonable standard of fitness already. We recommend this group if you regularly train between 2- 4 sessions a week.
Advanced
Green Sweatband
This is for the very fit people that regularly train at least 4 times a week. This group is very challenging.
